Battlefield 3: how do you unlock the Physical Warfare pack?

I pre ordered Battlefield 3 and picked it up yesterday at GameStop. It says that we'll get the physical warfare pack, but how? I can not access the weapons anywhere. I read somewhere that you'll get an e-mail but I haven't gotten an email from them. HelpBattlefield 3: how do you unlock the Physical Warfare pack?
The code should be on the receipt if u picked the game up from the store. If u had it shipped to ur home, u should have gotten an e-mail w/ the code instead. check the link out which will provide u instructions on how to enter ur code:

Look on your receipt and there should be a code to enter. Simply hit the center button on your controller, go to the left and there should be redeem code option - enter the code there and you should be good to go.
