Battlefield 3 weapon questions?

In battlefield 3, I have unlocked the M16A4, but not the F2000, or the AN-94. In the Battlefield 3 guide it says that you unlock the f2000 and the an 94 before the m16a4. also, the m16a3 is a default weapon, but it says u need to unlock it?Battlefield 3 weapon questions?
I believe you need to unlock it yes!
