Do people really pay to get all weapons unlocked in battlefield bad company 2?

ahaha. do people really pay to get all the unlocks for mw2? (AKA 10th prestige lobbies). Yes, sadly, people DO pay for them, maybe because they dont have enough time to play it alot and they just want the weapons. idk the reason but they do.
