Can you put a scope on the Battlefield Bad Company 2 weapons?

i recently started playing Bad Company 2, awesome game. But i was wondering if you can put scopes on some of the guns you can unlock. I went to the weapons menu and couldnt figure it out. Anyone know how to do this, or if its even possible to do it in this game?

Yes, you have to unlock them which is fairly easy



theres only 2



x4 Scope-Best Range for almost anything, it rocks-best for weapons with no burst fire

and

Red Dot-good for medium to close range,best for burst fire weapons
