Lost all weapons and gadgets and stats on Battlefield bad comapany 2?

i have been playing battlefield bad company 2 for awhile waiting for bbc3 to come out ! and i got on today and i lost all my stats and weapons and wondering how you get them back! then i restarted the game and it should my rand and weapons then i played the a game online and it wouldn't let me use the earned weapons i have won thought the online matches! can anyone tell me how to get them back or something?Lost all weapons and gadgets and stats on Battlefield bad comapany 2?
